To request information about data processing or exercise rights under Brazil's LGPD, use the subject “LGPD — RedFetch”. If possible, describe exactly what you want to confirm, correct or delete.

Security

Found a vulnerability or unsafe behavior? Send the page address, steps to reproduce and the impact you observed. Avoid accessing third-party data or causing outages to prove the issue.

Third-party content and rights

RedFetch does not control and cannot delete the original file hosted by RedGIFs. To request removal from the source platform, use RedGIFs' in-platform reporting tools or its official support and reporting form.

However, if the issue concerns how content is presented or made accessible inside RedFetch — for example, an allegation of non-consensual intimate content, a serious rights violation or a valid order — send the exact RedGIFs link, identifier and a concise explanation. RedFetch may evaluate making that ID unavailable within the tool, subject to technical and legal limits.

Technical issues

For bugs, tell us whether the issue occurred in Individual or Batch mode, the browser/device, the message shown and, if it does not involve sensitive content, the type of link used. You do not need to send credentials for any account.
